Manulife is seeking a Manager, Client Solutions CoE (Escalations) in Toronto to lead a team of Triage Analysts and Solutions Coordinators responsible for escalation intake, prioritization, governance, and resolution across GA, OA and MPS.
You will drive end-to-end escalation management, partner with Operations, Relationship Management, Compliance and other units to reduce timelines, improve the client experience, and help shape the future of the Client Solutions Centre of Excellence.
