- Teach technical climbing skills, including top rope and lead climbing
- Welcome participants and explain policies upon entry




- Distribute rental equipment and ensure proper return
- Actively supervise and ensure climber safety
- Adapt programs for varying abilities and needs Requirements:
- Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification
- Advanced understanding of climbing techniques
- ACMG Level 1 Climbing Gym Instructor certification
- Experience in managing climbing risks
