Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team.

The applicant MUST hold a medical degree (including MD, MBBS, MBChB) or physician assistant qualification/education in Ontario. International medical graduates are welcome to apply.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Duties

- Conduct thorough patient medical histories
- Collect and analyze data related to patient health, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Accuro and Epic.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
- Participate in research initiatives to improve patient care practices and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with medical regulations.

Skills





- Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to various healthcare settings, including hospitals and home care environments.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, particularly Accuro and/or Epic, for efficient documentation and communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective patient care and collaboration with healthcare teams.
