We are looking for a Clinical Services Manager who can take ownership of clinical operations, support healthcare teams, and drive improvements in patient care services. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative teams to ensure effective clinical workflows, quality standards, and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Services Management:

Oversee daily clinical service operations, ensuring departments maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and efficiency.

Team Leadership:

Provide guidance, coaching, and support to clinical supervisors,



healthcare professionals, and support teams to achieve service goals.

Quality Improvement:

Develop and implement initiatives that improve healthcare processes, patient outcomes, and service delivery standards.

Operational Coordination:

Collaborate with medical staff and hospital departments to optimize workflows, resource planning, and clinical operations.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure clinical services follow healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, and patient safety practices.

Performance Management:

Monitor service performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and support evidence-based decision-making.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:

6 to 9 years of experience in healthcare services, clinical operations, nursing leadership, allied health management, or hospital administration, with at least 2 years of experience supervising or leading healthcare teams.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field. A master’s degree in healthcare management or a related discipline is considered an asset.

Healthcare Leadership:

Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, improve clinical workflows, and support quality healthcare delivery.

Clinical Knowledge:

Robust understanding of healthcare operations, patient safety practices, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and organizational stakeholders.

Mindset:

You are a patient-focused and improvement-driven leader who can solve complex challenges while maintaining high standards of care.

Pay: $60,500.00-$90,000.00 per year
