Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training)

We're looking for Clinical Systems Analysts to help ensure AI understands the complex, high-stakes world of clinical technology.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your real-world knowledge of EHRs, clinical workflows, and healthcare infrastructure directly improves how AI reasons about these systems.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate and provide expert feedback on AI-generated responses related to clinical systems, healthcare IT, and hospital workflows
- Review technical scenarios involving EHR configurations, system troubleshooting, and clinical application support for accuracy and realism
- Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe recommendations in AI outputs and suggest improvements
- Translate your clinical and technical experience into structured, actionable feedback that helps AI models reason more accurately
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in supporting or administering healthcare IT systems — EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
- Strong technical troubleshooting and system optimization skills
- Able to bridge the gap between clinical workflows and technical implementation
- Detail-oriented with transparent written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
- Experience in clinical informatics, health IT consulting, or systems integration
