You’ll support our growing need for precision components while focusing on reducing cycle times and improving finishes. This hands-on role is vital for ensuring production continuity and maximizing machine efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize mill/turn CNC programs
- Set up and prepare machines for production
- Manage tool life and change tools as needed
- Troubleshoot machining problems to minimize downtime
- Provide accurate cycle time estimations for quoting Requirements:
- 5+ years in CNC machining and programming
- Robust CAD/CAM knowledge and GD&T; expertise
- Proficiency in Autodesk Fusion and Siemens systems
- Excellent communication skills in English
