Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, bubble teas, and other specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained during food preparation and serving
- Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering product recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas to uphold food safety standards




- Assist with food preparation tasks such as ingredient assembly and snack packaging as needed

Skills

- Proven experience as a barista or in the food service industry with a focus on beverage crafting and serving
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for efficient cashiering and transaction management
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly while maintaining quality standards
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and basic math for cash transactions
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with food preparation, serving, and adhering to hygiene protocols is highly desirable
