In this role, you will apply your skills in property/casualty and Individually Rated Commercial Automobile (IRCA) to provide exceptional service. Collaborating closely with Brokers, your contributions will play a vital role in meeting Unica’s profit and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical underwriting for Small Business and IRCA policies
- Analyze portfolio results for improved profitability
- Deliver exceptional service to brokers during renewals and endorsements
- Coach and train staff as needed for team growth
- Communicate insights on industry trends to management Requirements:
- University/College degree required
- Minimum of 2 years in Commercial underwriting
- CIP or CRM designation, or in progress
- Technical knowledge in property/casualty and automobile lines
