By joining our team, you will contribute to our mission of creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels valued and respected.Responsibilities:Provide general administrative support to the legal and leasing departments, including:Coordinating tenant credit checks with third-party providers and internal contactsCompiling data to assist with monthly reportsAssembling completed deal packages (offer, lease, approvals)
for processingTrack critical lease dates – commencement, expiry, renewal options and notice deadlinesSupporting insurance renewal processesHelping process and track invoices to ensure timely paymentEnsuring all trackers reflect current informationAssisting the team in following up for outstanding itemsMaintaining organized digital files with consistent naming conventionsPerforming other duties, as assignedQualifications & Competencies:A positive attitude and willingness to take initiativeExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational skillsClear, professional written and verbal communicationAbility to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentComfortable asking questions and learning new processes on the jobCanderel is an equal opportunity employer.
