Application Deadline: July 7, 2026About the roleReporting to the Shovel and Drill Supervisor, Industrial Mechanics (Millwrights), you will inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose root causes of equipment problems in a full‑time hourly position with a 4x4 schedule of straight days. This role is site‑based at our operations in the Elk Valley, and reliable commuting to or relocation near Sparwood, B.C. is required.In this role you will:Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies.Wear a respirator where required, ensuring an interference‑free seal.Work closely with other trades, contractors, and skill sets to maximize fleet availability and reliability.Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, optimise PM, develop procedures, determine parts requirements,
