What is the opportunity As a member of the Personal Banking & Commercial Banking Operational Risk team, you will lead a critical function that strengthens RBC's operational resilience. In this role, you'll lead a team responsible for designing and executing sophisticated integrated scenario testing strategies that validate our ability to navigate supplier disruptions and activate business‑continuity plans when it matters most. You will also collaborate with procurement, IT, legal, and business units to design realistic, high‑impact tabletop exercises that expose vulnerabilities and build organizational confidence. Responsibilities Design and implement a comprehensive testing framework for supplier exit strategies and business continuity plans, aligned with RBC's risk appetite and regulatory requirements Develop annual and quarterly testing roadmaps with defined scope, timelines, scenarios, and stakeholder engagement protocols Establish and monitor key risk indicators and success metrics across all testing programs Create interactive dashboards (e.G., via Tableau, Power BI) to visualize test results, compliance status, and risk trends Lead a team that executes end‑to‑end tabletop exercises simulating high‑impact scenarios (supplier disruptions, IT outages, cyber incidents, geopolitical events) to demonstrate PB & CB's resiliency for our most critical operations Orchestrate cross‑functional participation and ensure realistic, actionable scenario design Document lessons learned, process gaps,
