We are currently seeking an Expert Body-in-White DRE to join our team in Auburn Hills, MI. Your missions will be asfollows:

- Takethe lead in engineering, designing, and developing upperbody componentsand assemblies, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into the larger BIWsystem.
- Collaborateclosely with cross-functional teams to ensure the feasibility, structuralintegrity, and production readiness of upperbody components.
- Applydesign templates and themes to upperbody elements, aligning them withFeasibility Development requirements.
- Overseethe progression of upperbody components and assemblies throughout ProgramCAD milestones.




- Enforcecompliance with System Requirement Sections and the application ofupperbody part templates throughout the entire program lifecycle.
- Establishand refine Standard Operating Procedures for Engineering, ensuringconsistency and high-quality outcomes.
- Driveinitiatives focused on quality enhancement, weight reduction,cost-efficiency, and overall process efficiency improvements.
- Effectivelycommunicate the technical progress and status of upperbody components tomanagement and cross-functional stakeholders.
