- They’re also accountable for maintaining program integrity by collecting, analyzing and inputting data into databases and management systems.
- People applied for this post to collaborate with the City’s IT team to conduct INFOR and associated system testing, ensuring accurate documentation of results working at this post.
- They’re also accountable at this post for developing,
creating and implementing education and outreach content and initiatives to enhance public awareness of the City’s programs working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have a diploma or degree from a recognized institution in Environmental Studies/Science, Planning, Engineering, Business or a related field to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in similar program delivery, data management and analysis and customer service.
- Candidates must have equivalent combinations of education and experience to be eligible for this post.
- They must have demonstrated expertise in data analysis and management to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have exceptional organizational, communication, and customer engagement skills, with a keen eye for detail to be preferred for this post.
Work setting
- Candidates must attain the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and adhere to simultaneous deadlines.
- They must have prior proficiency in standard office software, such as MS Office, to be eligible for this post.
