- Supervise residents, ensuring safety and security

- Participate in crisis management and conflict resolution Requirements:
- Minimum 2-year diploma in Social Service Work or Childcare
- Certification in CPR First Aid and crisis intervention
- At least 1 year experience with marginalized youth
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
