Location

In Office role, North York, ON – near Consumers Road & Victoria Park Avenue

Schedule:

- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 8:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Saturday (once per month): 9:00am – 2:00pm

Primary Responsibilities:

At Consolidated Credit Counseling Services of Canada, we are passionate about helping individuals and families achieve financial freedom. Since 2007, we have been a trusted leader in the non-profit credit counseling industry and we’re looking for motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Inbound Financial Counsellors.





- Provide financial guidance to clients and help them eliminate unsecured debt.
- Assist in budgeting, goal setting, and managing finances.
- Create personalized financial plans that empower clients to regain control of their financial future.
- Help enroll potential clients into a financial program to help them with their outstanding debts.

Qualifications:

- No Industry Experience? We provide comprehensive in-house training to ensure you’re set up for success!
- Robust people skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet goals and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis.
- Fact gathering skills.
- Knowledge and use of PC Systems.
- Previous experience in collections, sales, or financial services is a plus but not required.
- Post-secondary education is required.
- AFCC designation or the ability to fulfill AFCC requirements within the first 2 years of employment (company-sponsored).
- Bilingual candidates (French/English) are preferred.
