Based out of our facility in Haileybury, Ontario, opportunities are available to work in Red Lake (Evolution), Kirkland Lake (Macassa) mines.

Hourly Wage: $36.60 - $49.20/hr Repair, troubleshoot, adjust, overhaul and maintain drilling equipment and mobile support equipment used within the scope of Boart Longyear Drilling operations. Check for proper performance and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets regulatory specifications Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment Perform repair work on all Boart Longyear Drilling equipment May service specialty attachments or components and maintain, adjust and repair such items Requisition parts, materials and supplies Experience withLM drills, Swick drills, Minecats and Kubotas would be an asset Millwright or Heavy-Duty Mechanic Trade Certification (Red Seal) Completion of three- to five-year apprenticeship program Underground common core would be an asset Basic Safety Orientation, an asset Typically requires a High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3+ years of directly related experience.
