This challenging role requires 24 months of tractor-trailer driving experience and the ability to drive on Highway 17 and in U.S. mountainous regions year-round. As a reliable Owner-Operator, you will generally spend 7-10 days on the road, covering approximately 20,000 miles a month. Your ability to transport a diverse range of commodities successfully is vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate open board Canada/U.S. long-haul routes
• Drive 24 days per month with flexible schedules
• Manage freight from lower 48 states and Canadian provinces
• Uphold safety requirements consistently during drives
• Engage in regional freight activities as required
Requirements:
• Minimum 24 months of tractor-trailer experience
• Need a valid Class 1/AZ license and bun truck
• 6 months of LCV experience and U.S. driving experience
• Solid communication and reliability
• Commitment to safety and drug/alcohol compliance
