$75,000 Human Resources Administrator

Location: Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, QC (remote work on Fridays)

Are you an organized HR professional who enjoys the administrative side of Human Resources? We're looking for an HR Administrator to join a collaborative HR team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys HR operations, data accuracy, and employee support, and is looking to build a long-term career in HR administration.

Requirements

- 2+ years of HR administration or related administrative experience




- Bilingual in English and French (at least functional in both)
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

What You'll Do

- Maintain employee records and HRIS (HRMS) data throughout the employee lifecycle
- Coordinate onboarding, benefits enrollment, and current hire orientation
- Support timekeeping, payroll-related administration, and HR reporting
- Respond to employee HR inquiries and provide day-to-day administrative support
- Prepare reports, maintain data integrity, and assist with HR events and special projects
