You will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Supervisor, engaging with sub-trades, suppliers, and clients. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced settings while maintaining strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate on-site construction activities and schedules
- Manage site documentation and compliance with building codes




- Facilitate trade communication and issue resolution
- Oversee change orders, permits, and project draws

- 2 years’ experience in construction, preferably wood frame
