Duties

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and making adjustments as necessary
- Utilize construction management software (e.g., ProCore) to track project milestones, communicate with team members, and manage documentation
- Provide guidance and support to construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction




- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote a safe working environment

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
- Solid knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., ProCore)
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost estimation principles
