Requirements

- Tier-1 Western medical credentials, including Fellowship of the Royal College (FRCPC), American Board, or UK CCT/CCST in Anesthesia and Intensive Care.




- At least 6 years of active post-board practice managing complex critical care and trauma settings within major Western teaching institutions.
- Absolute diplomatic discretion, flawless command of the English language, and a proven history of operating under strict non-disclosure frameworks (NDAs).
- Exceptional leadership capabilities to effectively manage and guide a dedicated interdisciplinary private nursing matrix.
