Intermediate UX Designer to join a collaborative product team focused on designing intuitive, scalable, and user-centered enterprise software experiences. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys solving complex problems, simplifying workflows, and working closely with cross-functional teams in a rapid-paced Agile environment. Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.

Design and enhance user experiences for web and mobile enterprise applications. Participate in design reviews and collaborate with other designers to maintain quality and consistency. Work within established design systems and contribute to reusable components and patterns.

Partner with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of designs. Incorporate user feedback, research findings, and analytics into design decisions. Advocate for usability, accessibility,



and user-centered design best practices.

Support product delivery within an Agile development environment. 4-6 years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and shipped products. Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design principles.

Experience working within Agile development environments.

Experience with design systems and component libraries. Familiarity with usability testing and UX research methodologies.

Experience designing dashboards, workflows, and data-intensive applications. Understanding of accessibility and responsive design best practices.
