This role goes beyond opportunity support you will own the AI sales motion within your assigned territory, developing and executing strategies to identify high‑value opportunities, build qualified pipeline, and drive revenue. You bring domain expertise, enabling you to lead technical discussions and translate them into compelling business outcomes. You will engage directly with customer Director and VP‑level stakeholders, lead complex multi‑stakeholder sales cycles, and adapt your approach to each customer’s industry context, regulatory setting,



and AI maturity level rather than following a prescriptive playbook. Key Responsibilities Own the AI domain sales strategy within your assigned Commercial territory, identifying and prioritizing high‑value customer opportunities across AWS's GenAI and Agentic AI portfolio. Lead full‑cycle sales engagements from discovery through close, building business cases and ROI propositions that resonate with senior technical and business leaders. Engage directly with customer Director and VP‑level stakeholders to understand business challenges, articulate multi‑workload AI strategies covering GenAI and Agentic AI, and position AWS as the platform of choice for AI transformation. Develop and execute targeted engagement plans Executive Briefings, AI maturity assessments, immersion days, and proof‑of‑concept engagements adapting approach to each customer's industry context, regulatory environment, and AI maturity.
