Join our Watrous branch as an Agriculture Equipment Technician, focusing on John Deere machinery. This role is critical for diagnosing, fixing, and maintaining diverse agricultural equipment systems to ensure they operate smoothly.
As part of our service department, you will utilize your technical skills to troubleshoot issues with tractors and other farming equipment. Regular duties involve performing preventative maintenance as well as on-site repairs to uphold equipment efficiency. You’ll also recondition pre-owned machinery and ensure that work orders are documented correctly for customer and warranty tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair faults in agricultural equipment
• Execute repairs at customer locations as necessary




• Undertake preventative maintenance inspections
• Recondition used agricultural tools and implements
• Maintain precise notes in work orders for clients
Requirements:
• Experience with agricultural machinery servicing
• Solid technical diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently in various locations
• Familiarity with John Deere technology is a plus
• Effective problem-solving skills in the field
