Working closely with North America sellers and suppliers, this role keeps the booking process running smoothly behind the scenes so our sales team can focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.Booking & Reservations SupportProvide booking support for North America Trade and Retail sellers across various partner portals, including securing services and updating iVectorDeliver on-request rate confirmations and availability checks for North America Trade and Retail sellers via partner portalsUpdate rates on booked files in iVector and loop in North America Trade and Retail sellers accordinglyDocumentation & CommunicationGenerate vouchers, add pick-up times, and flesh out travel documents for North America Trade and Retail sellers, with support from the Sales Support CoordinatorsCommunicate regularly during business hours with North America Trade and Retail sellers via Teams, phone, video calls, and email regarding product, documentation,
