Job Summary
As a Project Manager for PLM and MES deployments, you will execute system deployments that ensure traceability, compliance, and efficiency across complex manufacturing programs. You will collaborate with a Program Manager to focus on operational excellence—planning, execution, and integration of PLM and MES solutions within the defined scope and sites. The position is based at our Longueuil location, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on‑site. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Project Execution – Deliver PLM and MES deployments for assigned programs/sites with full ownership of scope, resources, schedule, budget, and deliverables. Planning and Control – Develop detailed plans, manage milestones and dependencies, oversee RAID, and ensure on‑time delivery. Workstream Coordination – Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT activities for deployment; act as liaison between project management, digital technology, planning, the project team, and line management. System Integration – Collaborate with IT to integrate PLM and MES with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and adjacent systems; validate data integrity and interfaces. Process Implementation – Coordinate the implementation of standardized processes (configuration management, traceability, shop‑floor execution) aligned with aerospace industry requirements. Testing and Validation – Plan and track SIT/UAT execution with Business Analysts, manage defect resolution, and ensure production readiness. Change Management & Training – Work with the Change Management lead and training organization to plan and track site‑level change plans, training activities, and cutover execution. Performance Monitoring – Track KPIs (schedule adherence, defect rates, adoption, production impact) and provide clear status reporting to program leadership. Qualifications
University degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Proven project planning and leadership skills, including building trust with sponsors and stakeholders, motivating teams, managing scope and financials, and defining the project approach. Experience with formal project management methodologies and tools such as IPDS, MS Project, PPMC, and Jira. Solid results orientation; ability to make decisions with limited information. Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills, with an innovative and creative mindset. Experience in change management, implementation management, readiness management, and end‑user experience (a plus). Working knowledge of English to read, understand, and communicate specialized instructions, plans, drawings, and technical terms in a French‑speaking work environment. Benefits
