Corporate Actuarial Advisor

This role plays a key part in financial analysis, risk management, and strategic decision‑making, directly supporting the Corporate Finance and Actuarial Vice Presidency. It offers a unique opportunity to grow in an environment where actuarial rigor, meaningful impact, and strategic influence come together.

What You’ll Accomplish With Us

- Evaluate technical reserves in accordance with recognized standards and industry best practices
- Prepare the Appointed Actuary’s Report and actuarial financial statements
- Develop financial projections (premiums, claims, commissions, etc.) to support business planning
- Contribute to capital analyses (FCT and ORSA) and risk modeling initiatives
- Analyze product profitability and provide optimization recommendations
- Contribute to the design and optimization of reinsurance programs
- Develop and monitor actuarial performance indicators while supporting the continuous improvement of practices and processes
- Coordinate actuarial activities and deliverables presented to governance bodies
- Act as a subject matter expert by supporting the team in resolving complex issues and prioritizing work
- Produce strategic analyses to support decision‑making
- Collaborate closely with business partners to align actuarial priorities with organizational objectives

What Will Help You Succeed In This Role

- A Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science




- Minimum of four years of actuarial experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of actuarial standards and industry practices
- Solid financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills
- Advanced understanding of actuarial methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency with Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite, statistical programming tools (SAS or equivalent) and Power BI
- FCAS/FCIA designation (a strong asset)
- Intermediate level of English proficiency to interact occasionally with unilingual English‑speaking partners (approximately 15% of the time)
