In this vital Corrections Caseworker role, you will support clients in overcoming challenges related to housing, mental health, and addictions.
You will develop and implement case plans, conduct assessments, and perform administrative duties to maintain accurate records. Providing individual counseling and facilitating group programs are key to helping clients succeed. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intakes and develop case management plans
- Prepare and maintain accurate client documentation
- Facilitate program delivery in one-on-one or group settings
- Conduct Psycho-Social Assessments as needed
- Supervise clients’ adherence to house rules Requirements:
- College diploma in Social Services or Corrections
- Minimum one year of related experience
- First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge of Mental Health and Addictions support systems
- Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s license required Support clients in their journey toward reintegration, ensuring dignity and respect in every interaction.
