ONBOX is a brand and digital design studio based in Vancouver. We partner with brands looking to build impactful identities, launch engaging websites, and create innovative products. We’re a small, focused team that care deeply about the work we do. We're looking for a Creative Director to join us for 3–6 months to cover a planned leave. This is a role for someone passionate about design that loves leading creative as much as they love being in it.

Creative Direction

Own the creative direction across all active projects, from initial concept through to final delivery Make transparent, confident creative decisions and communicate the rationale Ensure all work reflects the client's brief, their brand standards,



and ONBOX's quality bar Design in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite - set the visual standard by example Review and art direct work in progress with specific, actionable feedback Partner with strategy on insights-driven creative solutions Work with project managers to keep quality and timelines aligned Present work to clients and articulate the creative vision with confidence 6+ years of design experience, with at least 2 years as a Creative Director or senior Art Director packaging and digital experience a bonus Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Vancouver, BC - 4 days in office, 1 day remote Contract, 3-6 months Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm 110,000 – $150,000 CAD annualized, depending on experience At ONBOX, we believe diverse perspectives make better creative work.
