Job Summary

6ixty Wings is looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food according to company standards, maintaining cleanliness, and working efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
- Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to the manager when necessary.




- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
