Become a Crisis Case Manager with the Canadian Mental Health Association Muskoka – Parry Sound. This permanent position in Bracebridge focuses on case management and crisis intervention to support individuals living with mental illness. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and one year of experience in crisis intervention, case management, or supportive counseling.
You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop opportunities for clients and build community support networks across the District of Muskoka. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a dedication to client success in their daily environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform case management and psychosocial rehabilitation
- Assess, plan,
and coordinate treatment for clients
- Engage with community landlords and service providers
- Support individuals in developing current skills
- Manage relationships with empathy and conflict resolution Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- One year experience in mental health support
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Familiarity with the Residential Tenancy Act
