In this role, you will be part of The Salvation Army's commitment to serve individuals with unique challenges. As a Residential Counsellor, you will plan and execute individualized programs that cater to each Service User's needs. Your responsibilities include ensuring that their basic needs are met while fostering a supportive and engaging setting.

Key Responsibilities:



• Design and implement individualized care plans • Ensure physical and emotional needs are met • Document progress and maintain accurate records • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families • Facilitate service user transportation and manage emergencies

Requirements: • Two years’ experience with developmental disabilities • Accredited diploma in human services or related field • Current certifications in CPR and crisis intervention • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle access • Alignment with The Salvation Army’s mission
