Key Responsibilities Lead all financial operations across approximately seven corporate entities Manage banking relationships and mortgage financing Oversee cash flow management, treasury, wire transfers, and cheque issuance Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and ongoing cash flow projections Oversee payroll administration and year‑end reporting Manage CRA remittances, including HST, payroll source deductions,



and corporate tax requirements Coordinate year‑end financial reporting and work closely with external auditors and tax advisors Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules Oversee bank reconciliations and financial controls Manage insurance renewals and accounting systems Prepare T5 reporting and oversee investment accounting Oversee tenant accounts and financial administration Partner with ownership on strategic financial planning and financing initiatives Qualifications Previous commercial real estate experience is required Experience working in multi‑entity organizations Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash‑flow management, and financing Public accounting experience is considered an asset Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering skills Additional Information The Mason Group is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and accessible recruitment process.
