As the Director, Information Services, you will lead the strategy, operations, and continuous improvement of Allnorth’s Information Services function.In this role, you will:Develop and execute Information Services strategy, policies, and priorities aligned with business goalsLead, mentor, and support a distributed Information Services teamPartner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to improve systems, processes, and service deliveryOversee Information Services operations, infrastructure, business systems, and technology investmentsManage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets to maximize value and performanceLead technology transformation initiatives and support successful implementation of recent systems and solutionsChampion cybersecurity, information privacy, and business continuity practices across the organizationIdentify emerging technologies and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business performanceWhat You’ll Bring to the TeamDiploma or degree in Information Services, Computer Science, or a related discipline; a B.Sc. or professional designation is considered an asset10+ years of progressive Information Services experience, including leadership responsibility in a complex business environmentStrong understanding of enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business technology strategyProven ability to lead teams, manage operational priorities, and drive organizational changeStrong business acumen with experience balancing technology investments, operational needs, and cost effectivenessExcellent communication, relationship‑building, negotiation,
