The Customer Service

Representative role offers a unique opportunity to engage closely with the public at the front counter of the RCMP and Enforcement Services. This temporary full time position lasts up to 9 months and requires strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will handle various inquiries efficiently while maintaining a professional image in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and process inquiries for complaint and information files
- Perform data entry on enforcement record management systems




- Accept payments and issue receipts for services and fines
- Document all visitors and provide security escorts Requirements:
- High School Diploma and 3 years of related experience
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Familiarity with criminal procedures and municipal bylaws
