The Job!

As a Data Analyst, you will coordinate and maintain data and records by creating and building dashboards on Excel and PowerBI to establish efficient reporting systems. You will also:

- Analyze data to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
- Create and maintain KPI dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel and Power BI.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for leadership.
- Track incidents, corrective actions, audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Administer SharePoint sites and improve reporting processes through Power Automate workflows.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely maintenance of records and documentation.
- Coordinate follow-ups with internal stakeholders to ensure completion of action items.
- Assist with communications, presentations, and general administrative support.




- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and business processes.

What you bring to the job

You are someone with advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis. You also come with:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in data coordination, reporting, and administration support.
- Experience in a corporate, industrial, aviation, or other operational environment is preferred.
- Proficiency with Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization is a must.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SharePoint for document and information management.
- Experience creating workflows and automations using Power Automate.

Expected Compensation: CAD $38.00 to $48.00 per hour.
