These values shape how we train, operate, and maintain our aircraft every day.The PositionThe Flight Line Crew Member plays a critical role in supporting daily flight operations by ensuring aircraft are safely prepared, serviced, and positioned for training and testing activities.This is a hands-on role working directly on the flight line, supporting aircraft ground handling, fueling operations, and coordination with maintenance and flight crews to maintain safe and efficient operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAircraft Ground OperationsMarshal aircraft during arrivals and departures using standard aviation hand signalsTow, park, and secure aircraft using approved ground handling equipmentPerform aircraft refueling, oil servicing,



and replenishment of consumablesConduct visual pre- and post-flight walk-around checks for visible damage or irregularitiesMaintain cleanliness of aircraft exteriors and cockpits as requiredSafety & ComplianceFollow all company and Transport Canada safety regulationsReport discrepancies, hazards, or maintenance concerns to the Flight Line SupervisorParticipate in safety briefings and operational improvement initiativesUse personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow protected handling procedures for fuels and materialsCoordination & CommunicationCommunicate aircraft status with flight crews, maintenance personnel, and operations staffAssist maintenance teams by positioning aircraft and preparing ground support equipmentSupport aircraft dispatch and flight scheduling operationsMaintain accurate records of fueling quantities and line servicing activitiesGround Support EquipmentOperate and maintain ground support equipment including:aircraft tugsground power units (GPU)hydraulic cartsfueling equipmentMaintain tools, equipment, and ramp areas in protected working conditionsAdditional Operational SupportAssist visiting aircraft and flight crewsSupport winter operations including snow removal and ramp readinessPerform other operational duties as required to support flight line activitiesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious aviation ramp, ground handling, or flight operations experience preferredKnowledge of aircraft fueling procedures and ramp safety practices is an assetAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong attention to detail, situational awareness, and teamwork skillsJoin ITPSThis role offers the opportunity to work directly alongside experienced aviation professionals in a unique flight training environment supporting a diverse fleet of aircraft.If you are passionate about aviation operations and enjoy hands-on work in a dynamic flight environment, we encourage you to apply.AI Disclosure: We do not use AI to evaluate applicants or make decisions during the interview process.
