This role promotes healing, reconciliation, and holistic leadership for Indigenous communities.In this significant position, you will engage with Indigenous communities and Elders, guiding initiatives that reflect cultural integrity and respect. You will lead the implementation of the Calls to Action while nurturing partnerships that empower Indigenous voices across the Church. A solid understanding of Indigenous traumas and community dynamics is essential for success.Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate community-led initiatives in healing and justice
- Mentor Indigenous church leadership and staff dynamics
- Coordinate General Council's justice-oriented activities




- Improve recognition of Indigenous governance within the Church
- Engage in relational accountability and advocacy practicesRequirements:
- Graduate theological background or equivalent experience in the field
- 7-8 years of relevant leadership experience
- Strong commitment to Indigenous faith traditions
- Proven skills in networking and relationship-building
