What will my role be: Lead large-scale transformation programs by connecting strategy, operating models, processes, and technology to drive measurable business outcomes. Grow and manage a portfolio of client accounts through delivery quality and expansion Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, guiding strategic decisions in complex environments, particularly related to AI and the future of work. What will I bring to the organization: Skills Proven experience leading large-scale workforce transformation initiatives in complex organizations Ability to connect strategy, process, technology,



and organizational behavior Experience in consulting (management, technology, or skilled services), including selling and delivering work Strong business development experience with revenue ownership Attributes Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Systems thinking and ability to solve complex problems Excellent relationship-building skills across clients and teams Ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and organizational dynamics Hybrid / In office: We operate in a hybrid model, with the expectation that you can be onsite when required by your team leader or client.
