You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and maintain user accounts within the ESM platform. This hands-on position is essential for streamlining operational processes and improving system usability. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop workflows for the ESM platform’s users
- Support daily operations of the CMMS tool
- Create user training materials and guides
- Monitor system performance and provide troubleshooting
- Gather user feedback for process enhancements Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Center Engineering Operations
- 3+ years of related CMMS experience
- Proficiency in both French and English is beneficial
- Solid organizational and detail-oriented skills
