Responsibilities

- Develop models for ranking, recommendations, matching, and NLP
- Prepare datasets and engineer useful features
- Design offline and online model evaluations
- Analyze model quality, bias, and failure patterns
- Build prototypes and communicate findings




- Partner with engineers to productionize successful approaches

Qualification

Required

- Recent graduate in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong Python programming skills
- Understanding of machine learning, statistics, and model evaluation
- Familiarity with pandas, scikit-learn, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred

- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or deep learning
- Familiarity with NLP, search, ranking, or recommendation systems
- Experience with LLMs, embeddings, or retrieval
- Previous research, internship, or applied ML project
