A Delivery Lead at Kurve thrives in leading, guiding and learning within a small team. They are motivated to build the functional foundations for implementations, acting as a liaison and problem solver between the client and our project team.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, isn't afraid to make a call, and knows when to ask for help. You'll have support available, but the expectation is that you take the lead. What You'll Do

Own project delivery end-to-end: Take responsibility for keeping the project moving through ownership of timelines, tasks, blockers, and follow-ups, with minimal need for oversight.

Lead client-facing meetings: Run requirements, design, and process development sessions with clients, guiding discussions and translating conversations into explicit requirements and next steps.

Develop and document processes: Design and refine processes and workflows as the project requires, to create a vision for the final product.

Own functional documentation: Creating, updating and delivering project documentation, user guides,



test plans and scripts.

Coordinate across stakeholders: Keeping the client and internal team aligned on scope, milestones, risks and issues. Provide status updates to clients and coordinate meetings to solve problems.

Escalate proactively: Know when to solve something yourself and when to flag it before it becomes a problem. What We're Looking For

Experience leading or supporting projects in a tech/software delivery environment (formal PM title not required).

Strong written communication skills, proven ability to produce clear, structured documentation.

Comfort facilitating meetings and driving conversations with clients, not just note-taking in them.

A self-starter mentality demonstrated through ownership of ambiguous problems rather than waiting for direction.

Process-oriented thinking with the ability to look at messy or undefined workflows/processes and structure them.

Judgment to know when to escalate or ask for support, balanced with a bias toward taking initiative.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), also project management tools such as Jira and Smartsheet. Nice to Have

Prior experience writing project documentation including Business Requirement Documents, Functional Design Documents, User Guides and Test Scripts.

Experience with IWMS, CAFM, or real estate data platforms (e.g., IBM TRIRIGA).

Exposure to client-facing consulting or professional services delivery.
