Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental practitioners in delivering high-quality services. This position requires a solid understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Manage appointment scheduling, including coordinating with dental receptionists for patient flow.
- Support orthodontic procedures and assist with pediatric dentistry when required.




- Utilize CAD technology for creating dental models or assisting in digital impressions.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role within the dental field.
- Familiarity with dental software systems.
- Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and medical terminology is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Certification in Dental Assisting ia mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $21.37-$33.13 per hour
