Kannan Dental Center is seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly organised Dental Practice Managerto lead the daily operations of our busy general dental clinic. Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the dental practice.
- Lead, mentor, and support the administrative and clinical support teams.
- Coordinate staff rostering, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Oversee appointment scheduling and optimise practice efficiency.
- Ensure exceptional patient service and manage patient enquiries and concerns professionally.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, and practice growth.
- Manage accounts, billing, banking, and financial reporting in collaboration with the practice owners.
- Maintain stock control, equipment servicing, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols,



accreditation requirements, WHS standards, and relevant healthcare regulations.
- Implement and improve practice systems, policies, and workflows.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused workplace culture

The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3 of year’s of experience managing a dental practice
- Strong leadership and team management skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with dental practice management software: Abel dent
- Asset: Tamil language proficiency
