What you’ll do

- Coach and develop your department team, setting expectations and providing ongoing support.
- Build and manage a daily sales plan for the department.
- Develop and implement individual development plans for full‑time staff.
- Communicate skills and performance through effective huddles, meetings, and coaching sessions.
- Maintain a positive, customer‑focused work environment.

What you bring

- Business savvy: customer‑focused mindset with ability to plan, execute, and drive sales.
- Leadership: ability to lead by example, coach, develop, and inspire a team.
- Brand ambassadorship: passion for the sports and sporting goods industry and pride in the brand.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail environment, preferably supervisory level.




- Proven track record of business growth and exceptional customer service.
- Interest or involvement in sports or the sporting goods industry is an asset.

Compensation & Benefits
