Development Manager - Full Stack Two days in-office. Provide constructive feedback and influence the performance and career development of high‑performing engineers. Collaborate continuously with multiple departments and teams to understand their business and product strategies and translate those into strategic technical plans.

Decide with senior management on developing long‑term technology road maps and executing existing initiatives. Lead multiple projects—including planning, prioritization, and task delegation. Enforce accountability for the quality of software that is crafted.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven leadership experience in hiring, mentoring, coaching, and developing engineering talent, including performance management. Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, web services, and standard methodologies.

Knowledge of React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and GraphQL. Creative problem solver capable of delivering in a fast‑paced environment and finding effective solutions.
