INDEAL

Toronto

At INDEAL, we offer an exciting and dynamic work environment that sets us apart. As a young and growing company, our team thrives on innovation and forward-thinking. We take pride in fostering a culture of trust and independence, empowering our employees to excel in their roles.

With the flexibility of remote work and flex-hours, you have the opportunity to contribute to our team from the comfort of your chosen workspace, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Join INDEAL and be part of a collaborative, progressive company where your ideas matter, your skills are valued, and your career can grow. About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist who is ready to grow their career in a role that blends digital marketing, website management, analytics, and digital platform support.

Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing & Platform Strategy, you'll help execute marketing initiatives while supporting the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of INDEAL's growing digital ecosystem. This is not a traditional social media marketing role. Instead, you'll help manage websites, email campaigns, digital assets, reporting, CRM initiatives, marketing automation, and proprietary digital platforms that support hundreds of users across North America.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates across Canada. While day-to-day work is performed remotely, candidates located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) are preferred to support occasional in-person meetings, and team collaboration. Every day is different.

One day you might be building a landing page, the next launching an email campaign, updating website content, analyzing campaign performance, testing new platform functionality, or helping document a new platform feature. We're looking for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, enjoys technology, and is excited to contribute to meaningful digital projects that have a direct impact on our INDEAL members and partners.
