About the RoleLoblaw Transport is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruitment and onboarding of Owner Operators and the drivers who operate with them.In this role, you’ll help keep the recruitment and onboarding process organized from application through orientation. You’ll work closely with candidates, Owner Operators, drivers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive onboarding experience.ResponsibilitiesSupport recruitment and onboarding for Owner Operators and qualification of their drivers.Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure all requirements are completed.Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and candidate records.Complete reference checks and follow up on outstanding documents.Prepare candidates for orientation and submit onboarding setup requests.Partner with internal teams to support compliance and onboarding requirements.Communicate professionally with candidates, Owner Operators, drivers, and internal stakeholders.Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding processes.QualificationsExperience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, transportation administration,
