About the CompanyLululemon is an innovative performance apparel company focusing on yoga, running, training, and other athletic pursuits, emphasizing technical fabrics, functional design, and a culture of positive change.About This TeamThe People & Culture Business Partnering team supports the organization on all people‑related matters, including organizational development, performance management, employee relations, and leadership development.Job MandateThe Senior P&C Partner leads as a People and Culture expert, providing frontline counsel and guidance in all areas of talent management, partnering with managers up to SVP level and driving strategic initiatives with significant business impact.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate leadership on organizational effectiveness, onboarding, performance management, coaching, talent assessment & succession planning, and employee engagement.Lead strategy and approach to first‑line P&C support and counsel for employee and manager inquiries.Partner on initiatives and projects that impact the employee experience.Coach managers on performance management and improvement, creating/following up on action plans.Provide coaching and advice on career development, recruitment practices, succession planning, compensation, performance management, diversity & inclusion, and other HR practices.Advise on involuntary separation requests, ensuring compliance with company culture and practices, verify legislation and recommend actions.Ensure compliance with employment laws for termination notices and related documentation.Support accommodation request cases in partnership with Perks.Conduct exit interviews, identify issues, and recommend action plans.Monitor employee engagement,



advise on and recommend action plans to build strengths and address dissatisfaction.Support workforce planning, hiring manager resourcing, job leveling, and compensation preparation.Support delivery of annual people programs: Talking Talent, biannual compensation review, promotion exercises, and bonus programs.Ensure P&C matters are researched, managed, and compliant with corporate policies, federal & provincial laws.Lead and conduct investigations regarding violations of company conduct standards.Partner with People Analytics for reporting and communication of data to inform decision‑making.Facilitate P&C training for the business (e.G., annual performance management review, compensation/bonus/equity).Ensure timely completion of Workday people transactions and reporting with People Experiences support.QualificationsMinimum of 8+ years progressive generalist, business partner or similar experience.5+ years leading or partnering to drive strategic people initiatives.Deep understanding of federal, state,



provincial employment law.Broad HR knowledge and ability to deliver P&C advisory services.Passion for employee experience and willingness to work on‑site with a culture of open door and connection.Conceptual thinker with excellent organizational and conflict management skills.Negotiation and problem‑solving skills with multitasking ability.Decision‑making ability with deep understanding of employee relations, people management and training.Meticulous attention to detail and personal responsibility for resolving issues.Must HavesAcknowledges that choice precedes action and takes personal responsibility.Entrepreneurial spirit and continuous innovation to achieve results.Communicates honestly and kindly, fostering a space for others to do the same.Leads with courage, recognizing greater possibilities than fear of failure.Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrates fun and joy into work, without taking themselves too seriously.Additional NotesAuthorization to work in Canada is required for this role.Compensation And Benefits PackageThe typical hiring range for this position is $145,000 – $190,300 annually, based on market location, experience, and internal equity.
