Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure schedule feasibility and alignment
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays, equipment issues, or material shortages
- Prioritize work orders to meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements
- Analyze capacity constraints and recommend solutions to improve throughput and efficiency
- Ensure raw materials, compounds, and components are available to support planned production
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, schedule adherence, and production efficiency
- Communicate schedule changes and updates to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning and workflow optimization
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems

Qualifications

- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in production scheduling,



preferably in a manufacturing environment (rubber/plastics experience is an asset)
- Strong understanding of production processes, capacity planning, and inventory control
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Experience with S&OP; process is an asset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments
- Adaptability and ability to respond quickly to changing production demands

Working Conditions

- Exposure to noise, heat, and industrial equipment
- Primarily office-based with regular time spent on the production floor
